• The Software can be download and purchase on line. After purchase, the register code will be sent to you by email. Please provide your CORRECT email address to us when you make purchase!

Worldwide Air Express shipping (door to door)

• Suitable for order less than 50 kg or 110 lb Processing:
• after purchase successfully, you will get an email to verify the product you ordered and your shipping address, please reply the email to us if the information is correct. The products will be ship out in same day or next day after we received your reply.
• Carrage: your goods will be shipping out by EMS Time being: The goods should arrive in 2-4 business days from departure. (It depends on destination country; for example, it needs 2 days to arrive in USA and needs 3 days to arrive in UK)
• Track your order: after your product is shipped out, a trace number will be send to you, you can track your order on shippers website.
• Shipping cost: shipping cost is calculated base on the weight.
• Shipping insurance: you can purchase shipping insurance. After you purchased it, we will arrange 2nd shipping if the package is missing. But we have no responsibility if you provided a wrong shipping address or telephone number.
• Insurance charge: 1% of the total price, minimum charge 10USD.
• Import duty: duty is free in most country for most case. If import duty is required, it is need to be paid by customers.

Warranty Term and Conditions

• ABCkaraoke.com warrants that the product shall be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship in the course of normal usage when purchased from authorized the Company dealers for the duration of the warranty.
• The warranty for hardware-based product (such as remote) is 6 months from the date of purchase.
• The warranty for player or server or waiter caller system is 1 year from the date of the purchase.
• The warranty will be rendered null and void in the event of:
  • 1. Unauthorized alteration, modification of the item by personnel other than the Company.
  • 2. damaged by accident, abnormal power supply, misuse, fire, lightning, and any Act of God.
• The Company will not be liable for any costs incurred to transport the item to and from the service centre and will not be responsible for any mishaps or loss of item during transportation.
• The Company will not be liable for any:
  • 1. direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of the terms and conditions set in the warranty or under any other legal theory.
  • 2. loss of data, profits or goodwill; damage or destruction of any data, programs, equipment or other properties, cost of recovering, reprogramming or reproducing any data, programs or equipment; personal loss, injury or any other damages.

Return Term and Conditions

• The customer of ABCkaraoke.com has a chance to return the product and get money back if they dislike the product after purchase.
• The time limit of refund for all product is 1 month from the date of purchase.
• The refund will be void in the event of:
  • 1. unauthorized alteration, modification of the item by personnel other than the Company.
  • 2. damages by accident, abnormal power supply, misuse, fire, lightning, and any Act of God.
• The Company will not be liable for any costs incurred to transport the item to and from the service centre and will not be responsible for any mishaps or loss of item during transportation.
• Products listed below can not be returned and refund:

• 2.Karaoke Song Library
• There will be 20% restore charges for the refunded items.

Step of Return

• Contact us and tell us the reason of return and get your RMA#.
• Carefully re-pack your items in the original box with ALL of the original packing materials, manuals, cables and accessories.
• THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION AND PACKED CORRECTLY AND COMPLETELY FOR A FULL REFUND.
• Products which are not returned intact will result in a prorated credit being issued based on the cost of the missing items.
• We are not responsible for damaged returns or items lost in transit. We urge you to insure your return shipment against loss or damage.
